Six 2023 players that intrigued on Battle Miami 7v7 day one
MIRAMAR, Fla. — The 7-on-7 season is here for the 2023 (and younger) recruiting classes and one of the top tournaments of the year was held over the weekend at the Battle Miami 7-on-7 Tournament.
The two day event features some of the top prospects from all over the country with teams ranging from California to the midwest coming to South Florida to compete.
Saturday’s session was a pool play to set seeding for the elimination portion of the tournament that will be held Sunday.
There was plenty of big time players making plays on Saturday and this article looks to highlight some of the talent that caught our attention.

This upcoming 2023 cycle will be an opportunity for Miami to attract elite talent with it being the first full cycle of head coach Mario Cristobal’s tenure at UM.
Cristobal, regarded as one of the top recruiters in the country, landed top ten classes at Oregon and is expected to bring in a similar level of talent at Miami.
