South Florida residents who sold their homes in 2022 raked in an average $159,300 in profit, the largest average gains since the financial crisis in 2009, according to the latest data from real estate insights firm ATTOM. The median sales price across the region was $407,000 by the end of 2022, up from $350,000 in 2021 and $305,000 in 2020.
