Chapman, who has put down new roots in Florida, listed his 9-acre property in Colorado in October for $1,690,000. He dropped the price to $1,595,000 in November, and now a sale is pending.

On the beautiful land is a 6,200-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and five baths.

A soaring ceiling and huge windows add to the thrill of the great room, which also features an impressive stone fireplace that opens on three sides.

The kitchen has received a recent face-lift that features granite counters, stainless appliances, a coffee bar, and a new cooktop.

The primary bedroom comes with a fireplace, a gorgeous deck, and matching walk-in closets. Love to zone out under a blanket of bubbles? The deep soaking tub in the bathroom is placed strategically in front of another fireplace.

Chapman purchased the property with his late wife, Beth Chapman, more than a decade ago for $750,000.

He and his current wife, Francie Frane, now live full time in Florida, according to the Post.
