Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas List Their Miami Mansion for $17M

That was fast. A-list celebrity couple Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas just listed their Miami waterfront estate for $16,995,000—after purchasing it a little more than a year ago for $11 million.

The duo reportedly moved into the 10,416-square-foot home with their two children before deciding to sell—and after remodeling it.

The “Game of Thrones” actress and her popster husband hired interior designer Sarah Ivory to redesign the deluxe digs, according to a Wall Street Journal interview with listing agent Carl Gambino, of Compass.

The project was completed in August.

And just when the couple might have started to feel at home, they put it back on the market in a bid for a big return on their investment.

Ritzy real estate

On a canal in the prestigious guard-gated community of Bay Point, the property certainly stands out. It includes six bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and 94 feet of water frontage.

The swanky spot has a Frank Lloyd Wright aesthetic—rare for the Miami area—and boasts 30-foot-high ceilings, natural wood beams, and walls of stone and glass.

Unique indoor features include tropical gardens, a koi pond, a climate-controlled wine cellar, a gym and spa area with both a sauna and steam rooms, and a billiard room.

The bright chef’s kitchen has sleek cabinetry and a marble waterfall island with both seating and prep space.

The posh primary suite comes with tall glass exterior doors, a sitting area, and sumptuous dual bathrooms and closets.

There’s a private yacht dock with bay and ocean access—plus a pool and outdoor kitchen, a hot tub for adults, and a separate children’s pool.

Jonas, 33, rose to stardom with his brothers Nick and Kevin as part of the Jonas Brothers band. He went on to front his own band, DNCE. He has served as a guest judge on “American Idol” and is currently starring in the film “Devotion.”

In addition to her breakout role as Sansa Stark on HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” Turner, 26, has starred in films including “X-Men: Dark Phoenix,” “Heavy,” and “Do Revenge.” She can also be seen in the critically praised HBO miniseries “The Staircase.”
