A long-time PROFILEmiami Miami Spice staple. Located in vibrant South Beach, Byblos serves Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients. The menu is a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere. At Byblos, guests can expect favorites like the Truffle Pide, Lamb Ribs, Duck Kibbeh and Middle Eastern Fried Chicken, and new items that include Atlantic Salmon, Petit Filet, and Roasted Duck Breast. LEKU recently moved from its longtime former home in Wynwood to the new Rubell Museum in Allapattah. From Executive Chef’s Mikel Goikolea and Esteban Martinez, Leku serves Spanish cuisine from the Côte Basque region adhering to seasonal local ingredients and simplistic cooking methods based on tried and true techniques. The Miami Spice menus offer dishes such as the Gambas Al Ajillo, Carrillera De Ternera Wagyu and Bucalao Confitado En Su Propio Pil Pil.

The $28 Miami Spice lunch menu is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The $45 Miami Spice dinner menu is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. The $60 Miami Spice dinner menu is available Friday and Saturday.
