Related Group and Alta Developers have officially launched sales at Casa Bella by B&B Italia. The project was launched roughly a month ago through predominantly a whisper campaign and has already achieved 20% sold with reservations of $80 million. The developers have also released a selection of new renderings.
Inspired by the beauty of Italian living, the Casa Bella team is made up of a renowned group of design luminaries, including B&B Italia, one of the world’s premier design companies, internationally recognized for their innovative, iconic and timeless pieces of furniture. Interiors from lauded Italian design firm Lissoni New York and architecture firm Arquitectonica and Enzo Enea round out the vision. Sales are exclusively handled by Fortune International Realty.
