After eight days off, the Miami basketball team returns home for their first game at the Watsco Center in nearly two weeks. Miami is on a four-game winning streak to improve to 8-3. The Hurricanes will host 4-6 Stetson. Miami will play its final non-conference game this season before resuming ACC Play on December 29.

With a win against Stetson, Miami would be in a good position with a 9-3 record when they resume ACC play against North Carolina State on December 29 at the Watsco Center. Miami defeated Clemson in their ACC opener earlier this month. Stetson travels to Coral Gables with a two-game winning streak.

The Hatters most recently defeated the College of Charleston on Thursday. Miami won its last game on December 12 72-66 over Fordham at the Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn. The Hurricanes will not leave Coral Gables until they play January 8 at Duke, which is followed by a game at Florida State on January 11.

Miami and Stetson are playing for the 83rd time on Monday night. The Hurricanes 50 wins in the series are their most against any opponents. Stetson is the second most frequent opponent for Miami in the history of their basketball program. Miami has played Florida State 87 times. Miami is expected to defeat Stetson.
