2 Miami-Dade officers crash into each other responding to call

MIAMI – Two Miami-Dade officers were injured when their marked cars crashed into each other while responding to an emergency call  Wednesday morning, police said.

The crash occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. at Southwest 137th Avenue and Coral Way.

A police spokesman said the two officers were taken to a hospital are in stable condition.

The crash temporarily closed the intersection as police investigate.
