A megawatt Star Island mansion in Miami Beach, FL, made its market debut last year for $90 million. The sleek compound is newly reduced to a still-sky-high $68 million, making it this week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®.

Reportedly owned by John Jansheski, founder of oral-care product line DenTek, the nine-bedroom home has some high-profile neighbors, including Alex Rodriguez, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Designed for entertaining, the property features nearly an acre lot that boasts a modern manse, along with a 1920s Mediterranean-style guesthouse.

Other pricey properties to hit the market this week include a 1,739-acre ranch in Arizona, five condos for the price of one in New York City, and a Tuscan villa (with vineyard!) in California.

Hudson River home: This 10.6-acre Ledgerock estate first made waves when it splashed onto the market earlier this spring, with a list price of $45 million. Now, with a $20 million price chop, the sellers are hoping to reel in a deal.

The 19,463-square-foot, five-bedroom, glass-and-stone home was built in 2009. Glass walls open to enormous terraces with waterfront views, while the home’s interior is replete with rare wood, marble, and stone.
