DJ David Guetta Reportedly Spins a Deal for Miami-Area Mansion That Was Listed for $69M
French DJ David Guetta has reportedly recorded quite the deal for a luxurious Indian Creek estate in the Miami area.
Listed for $69 million, the lavish 12-bedroom, 16-bath property is said to have sold to Spotify’s most-streamed ever DJ/producer in an off-market transaction, according to the Real Deal.
The 15,578-square-foot, waterfront spec estate was built by developer Todd Michael Glaser and partners.
Two years ago, “Sábado Gigante” host Don Francisco is said to have sold the home to Glaser and crew for $23.8 million. They proceeded to tear down the existing home and construct this ultraluxe spec palace in its place.
Set on Billionaire’s Bunker, the stately property is tucked within a private, guard-gated village that boasts a country club and 18-hole championship golf course. The island also has its own 24/7 police force.
The 1.2-acre lot is surrounded by palm trees for extra privacy and comes with 118 feet of water frontage that includes a private beach and boat dock overlooking Biscayne Bay.
High-profile neighbors on the 300-acre, 40-home island have included Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, billionaire investor Carl Icahn, and supermodel Adriana Lima.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is said to have recently purchased a $68 million property there, as well.
And this is the enclave where Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen purchased $17 million property and had grand plans to tear down the home and build a family dream house—that was, before they decided to end their 13-year marriage in 2022.
Guetta, 55, has sold more than 10 million albums and 65 million singles worldwide. In 2021, the two-time Grammy winner sold his recorded music catalog to Warner Music for somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 million.
