The inaugural Latin American Real Estate Retreat will be held in Punta Cana
The largest group of Hispanics in the US real estate industry, C5 Global, will host the first real estate retreat in Latin America in Punta Cana, which will feature talks, workshops, training, and advice for those looking to become experts in this field. The meeting will take place at the Ocean El Faro hotel on November 4 and 5, 2022, outside the United States for the first time. It has been held quarterly in Miami, Florida, for the past two years.
Participation packages for the event will start at $699 USD and include, among other things, two nights and three days of all-inclusive lodging, one month of coaching from The Montiel Organization, accountability sessions, the book “365 Tips for Real Estate Agents,” an intensive course on Facebook and Instagram, an intensive course on email marketing, a course on webinars, a course on YouTube, and a workshop on how to sell pre-construction.
“This will be a total immersion for the next two days.” According to Stephanie Cabral from the Cabral Group Team, “Here you will learn from real estate coaches Orlando Montiel and Daniel Montiel, founders of The Montiel Organization, who have trained more than 12,000 real estate agents, a proven plan that will give you the clarity and simplicity to execute the strategies that are currently aiding thousands of agents to grow their business.
All those in attendance will have the chance to learn precisely the planning and execution strategies that the main top producers are implementing in order to have a clear plan and meet their production goals, she assured, adding that “it is the only event of this type that exists within the Spanish-speaking industry.”
Furthermore, she added that “every broker should have a real estate retirement because it will mark a before and after in his career. This is an activity that will assist us in shifting our perspective from one of being merely real estate consultants to one of being real estate entrepreneurs. You should conduct this as though it were your own business. Cabral concluded, “Here you will leave with the tools to do it.”
