CBRE, Miami Adds Randy Carballo to Office Tenant Rep Team

CBRE has welcomed Randy Carballo to firm’s Miami, FL office as a SVP. He will specialize in office tenant representation and agency leasing throughout the Miami area.

Carballo has completed more than two million square feet of office lease transactions during his decade of experience. He comes to CBRE from Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., where he was an executive VP and played an integral role in key agency leasing assignments while also advising local, national and global companies with their real estate strategies. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Carballo was a VP at JLL and served clients in Miami and Orlando.

Carballo serves on United Way of Miami Dade’s Young Leader’s Executive Committee and is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, ALS Association, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.
