Sweetwater police announced an arrest at Dolphin Mall ahead of the holiday shopping season. Court documents show an undercover officer witnessed a parking lot transaction from about 10 feet away, leading officers to move in and arrest a 24-year-old man on two felony counts related to counterfeit goods.
