Grupo T&C recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Edge House Miami, a 57-story luxury home-sharing condominium tower that will soon begin to rise in Edgewater.
Attendees, including Grupo T&C leadership, project partners and the brokerage community, gathered for a ceremonial groundbreaking, which was followed by a reception.
Designed by architect Kobi Karp with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, the project will offer 608 fully furnished residences starting in the $500,000s. Completion is expected in late 2028.
