Malik Washington tagged as a sleeper pick – Miami Dolphins News 5/27/24

The Miami Dolphins may have found another late round gem in wide receiver, Malik Washington, who had a very productive college career at Virginia. Many draft analysts had Washington as a day 2 pick, but the undersized receiver fell into the Dolphins lap in the sixth round. Like the rest of the Dolphins offense he brings speed and will be a valuable target from the slot. With Odell Beckham Jr. in the mix though, the rookie receiver can get some playing time behind three very good wide receivers in Beckham, Tyreek Hill, and Jaylen Waddle.

You can check out that story here, and the rest of the day’s round-up below.

Miami Dolphins’ best draft sleeper pick: Malik Washington, WR, Virginia
The Dolphins are the NFL’s conceptual answer to the question, “What if they build the entire plane out of the black box?” Head coach Mike McDaniel wants speed on the field no matter what, and that’s what he got in Virginia receiver Malik Washington.
