Today’s Forecast – NBC 6 South Florida


Cold air continues to pour into South Florida and windchills on Sunday morning are still on track to dip into the 40s for the first time in about a year.

Tonight will be partly cloudy, breezy and cold with lows down to 53° at the coast, 40s inland and windchills in the 40s across most of Dade/Broward.

Sunday begins briefly with cold sunshine but the clouds will increase quickly in the afternoon. The high only makes it up to 69°. Northerly winds will gust up to 25 mph.

Mostly cloudy but mainly dry weather is expected most of next week as temps quickly rebound to the lower 80s by Wednesday and beyond.
