‘The Real Housewives of Miami’ Cast

In 2021, NBCUniversal made the unprecedented decision to revive a main “Real Housewives” series that had previously been canceled. As a result, “The Real Housewives of Miami” was given new life on Peacock, where it streamed for two seasons before moving back to its home network, Bravo. Over the course of six seasons and more than 80 episodes, the Vice City-set series has featured 13 main cast members, several of whom successfully rebounded from their eight-year hiatus. Take a look through our photo gallery showcasing each of this series’ regular housewives.

When it debuted in February 2011, “The Real Housewives of Miami” starred Lea Black, Adriana de Moura, Alexia Echevarria Nepola, Marysol Patton, Larsa Pippen, and Cristy Rice. No one has starred on all six seasons of the show, but current cast members Nepola and second-year replacement Lisa Hochstein have each been regulars for five. Pippen joined them in returning from their break, while newcomers Guerdy Abraira, Julia Lemigova, and Nicole Martin continue to round out the revamped cast.

On average, these 13 women have remained on the show for 2.8 seasons. Although this is the oldest American “Real Housewives” series to have never produced a network spin-off, it did spawn the 2012 web series “Havana Elsa,” which was named for and starred Patton’s entrepreneurial mother.
