KW Property Management Hires F&B, IT Heads


In the latest slate of South Florida personnel moves, KW Property Management & Consulting hired three new executives, following two hires earlier this year.

The Miami-based firm, led by CEO Paul Kaplan, hired Stephen Clark as executive director of food and beverage, Mark Sanfilippo as executive director of IT and Amado Nieto as value and procurement manager, according to a press release. KW Property Management also promoted Patrick Truchan to regional vice president of food and beverage, from his previous role as district manager of food and beverage.

Clark joined the company from Key Biscayne Yacht Club, where he was director of food and beverage and acting general manager, LinkedIn shows. Prior to the yacht club, Clark worked for 15 years in food and beverage at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. 

In his role with KW Property Management, Clark will lead the firm’s growing food and beverage division, the release shows. Truchan will work with Clark to expand the division, which provides daily culinary operations for luxury communities. 

Sanfilippo joins the firm from his prior role as head of technology and product at Fort Lauderdale-based yacht brokerage Northrop & Johnson, according to LinkedIn. He previously held similar positions at New York-based HomeRiver Group and Aventura-based Turnberry, LinkedIn shows. With KW Property Management, he will lead the company’s technology team and operations. 

Nieto previously spent four years at alcohol giant Anheuser-Busch InBev, where he most recently worked as director of metals and packing procurement in North America, LinkedIn shows. At KW Property Management, he will lead sourcing strategy and purchasing supply chains, the release shows. 

Earlier this year, KW Property Management hired Diana Rivera as executive director of association finance and Jorge Lago as COO.

The Keyes Company, led by father-daughter duo Mike and Christina Pappas, added three agents to its Homestead office, according to a press release. Kelli Farrell, George Reyes and Cecilia “Ce” Douglas produce a combined $30 million in annual sales volume, the release shows. 

Farrell joins the brokerage from Keys Gate Realty, also in Homestead, according to LinkedIn. Reyes, who specializes in commercial real estate, came to Keyes from The Katsikos Group, LinkedIn shows. 

Hospitality consulting firm HVS promoted Kristina D’Amico to managing director for the Caribbean region, a press release shows. HVS is a global company headquartered in Loveland, Colorado, and D’Amico is based in its Miami office, the release shows. She has been with the firm for nearly 13 years, according to LinkedIn.
