Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of Litigation Associates Maria J. Londoño and Emma Sargent to the firm’s Miami and Denver offices, respectively.
Londoño focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including the areas of banking, real estate, creditor’s rights, and securities litigation. Her practice also includes general commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, premises liability litigation, construction litigation, and first-party property insurance claims. Londoño has represented financial institutions as well as public and private corporate entities, including several Fortune 500 companies, at both the state and federal levels.
Sargent has experience on disputes relating to employment, intellectual property and education, among other areas. She is skilled at conducting legal research and drafting briefs, complaints and memoranda. Her background also includes health care policy and municipal law.
