Ilya Kovalchuk, who skated to glory (and big bucks) in the NHL with a variety of teams, is hoping to unload his fab Miami Beach pad for $14.5 million.
The swanky condo on Fisher Island in the Sunshine State is a 3,620-square-foot, three-bedroom unit. Situated in the coveted Palazzo Della Luna building, the posh place offers sunny views of the water and greater Miami. Let’s take a look around the winger’s sweet residence.

Kovalchuk stunned the hockey world when he quit the New Jersey Devils in 2013 (and a highly lucrative contract worth more than $100 million) and headed home to play in his native Russia. That huge home in Alpine, NJ, went on the market for $18 million in 2019. A year later, the price was cut to $16 million, and the home now appears to be under contract for $10.9 million.
Though he did return to the NHL for a brief stint from 2018 to 2020, Kovalchuk’s currently working as a general manager for the Russian team Avangard Omsk.
