Lefferts tops out one Miami Beach tower and begins planning the next

Real estate development firm Lefferts topped out its 22-story luxury condominium project in Miami Beach: 72 Park.

Upon completion — slated for next summer — 72 Park will feature 206 luxury units ranging in size from 470 to 1,177 square feet. The tower was designed by Built Form, with exterior landscaping handled by Urban Robots Associates. On-site amenities will include 10,000 square feet of retail space, a 35,000-square foot amenity deck and a 150-foot resort-style pool with poolside cabanas.

Sales for condos at 72 Park will begin in the $700,000s. Cervera Real Estate is exclusively handling all sales for the development.

And 72 Park won’t be Leffert’s only high-rise on the block: Last month, the developer submitted plans for 72B, a 20-story, 125-unit tower across the street from 72 Park. Groundbreaking is expected in early 2024, with completion estimated for 2027.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is already set as the exclusive sales and marketing manager for 72B, which will be designed by Miami-based architecture firm Arquitectonica.
