JLL, Saglo Bulk Up Staff


With Labor Day in the rear view mirror, South Florida real estate firms are back to business. 

First up, JLL added two senior managing directors in West Palm Beach, according to a press release. Kevin Probel and Kevin McCarthy join the commercial real estate firm from their previous roles as first vice presidents with CBRE, also in Palm Beach County, where they oversaw more than $250 million in office leasing deals.

Both Probel and McCarthy held roles at JLL before their six-year stint at CBRE. With their return, the two will be focused on advisory and transaction services for office tenants and landlords, the release shows.

Miami-based Saglo Companies announced three new hires and one promotion as part of its plans to expand across the Southeast, according to a press release. The commercial real estate developer brought in GailMarie Frazier as vice president of property management, Melissa Alvarez as head of people, and Sarah Harari as marketing associate. The firm promoted Luis Nazario from senior leasing associate to director of leasing, the release shows.

Bainbridge Companies, a Wellington-based real estate firm, promoted Julie Shannon to senior vice president of human resources, according to a press release. Shannon has worked for the company for 25 years, most recently as vice president of human resources. 

Shannon’s promotion is the latest in a string of personnel moves for Bainbridge this year. The firm hired Gail Ruggles as executive vice president of operations in June. In March, Bainbridge brought in Heidi Jehlicka as vice president of marketing, and Krista Washbourne as vice president of learning and development. 

Palm Beach Gardens-based Illustrated Properties announced two promotions. The brokerage tapped Liz Nunes as the new chief brand officer and Brittany Williams as director of marketing and agent tools, according to a press release. 

Nunes has worked with Illustrated Properties for almost six years, most recently as director of luxury sales, LinkedIn shows. Williams joined the brokerage a year ago as agent experience director, according to LinkedIn. 

Elsewhere in Palm Beach County, Katz & Associates brought in Ben McNaughton as an associate focused on tenant and landlord leasing in its Boca Raton office, a press release shows.
