Players who wore No. 5 for Miami


The Miami Dolphins will open their 2023 campaign against the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium on Sept. 10, which is now 5 days away.

Until the opening kickoff of the season, we’ll be counting down each day by remembering the players who have worn each specific jersey number.

No. 5 is currently worn by cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who joined the Dolphins this offseason when he was traded to Miami from the Los Angeles Rams.

There haven’t been many memorable players to don the number in team history, other than a couple of kickers who wore it for five years each.
