Engel & Völkers continues expansion in Southeast Florida


Engel & Völkers Florida is expanding further into the southeast Florida market with the addition of two new Miami-area brokerage shops.

Local broker Daniel Nault will convert his previously unaffiliated brokerage, Edgewater One Real Estate, to an Engel & Völkers shop, retrofitting his existing office in The Grand Retail Center at DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay in the Engel & Völkers style. A grand re-opening event is scheduled for late September, with plans for a second location in Miami Beach in 2024. Both shops will collectively be known as Engel & Völkers Miami.

“We are thrilled to join the Engel & Völkers network and expand our business with a global reach that will benefit our clients,” Nault said in a press release. “The ability to further develop a luxury brand like Engel & Völkers in South Florida, specifically Miami and South Beach, is an exciting opportunity. We believe that the brand’s worldwide recognition and trajectory, combined with its diverse and international clientele, make it the perfect fit for our brokerage.”

Nault and his business partner, Vanessa Gomez, bring over 30 years of industry experience to their business venture with Engel & Völkers. Gomez will continue to lead the agents from Edgewater One Real Estate in their transition as director of luxury sales and new developments for Engel & Völkers Miami.
