Top luxury real estate sales in Palm Beach County, Boca Raton, Jupiter

The priciest home sales in Palm Beach County last month include a Boca Raton stunner that was featured on CNBC in a story about how homes in the county’s southernmost city are fetching Miami Beach prices. Another Boca Raton estate on June’s top five list has an office where a wall of glass allows you to watch your luxury cars parked in your luxury garage while you dabble in your luxury affairs.

Just one home on the June list isn’t waterfront, but it is across the street from the Lake Worth Lagoon and has a dock, so it’s not like it’s slumming it.

As always, the town of Palm Beach is excluded in this list because it would likely dominate the top sales each month. The list was gathered with information from filed deeds, the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser and the online brokerage firm Redfin. It may not be exhaustive or include off-market listings.
