Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner Drop the Price of Their Miami Mansion and Snag a Buyer

After discounting their spectacular waterfront Miami estate to $15.5 million, stars Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have finally found a buyer.

The Jonas Brothers musician and his actress wife, who starred in the HBO series “Game of Thrones,” purchased the 10,416-square-foot home in 2021 for $11 million.

In November 2022, the couple placed it on the market for $16,995,000, hoping to turn a nice profit. But with no takers, the listing was removed in March.

After relisting the home in April, the couple appear to have snagged a buyer. The property is now pending sale.

The couple remodeled the home before putting it on the market, according to a Wall Street Journal interview with listing agent Carl Gambino, of Compass. Originally built in 1980 in the exclusive, guard-gated community of Bay Point, the manse boasts six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms.

The listing states that the estate was designed to be “reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations.”

In keeping with that theme, the interior offers walls of windows and stone; soaring, 30-foot ceilings; stylish wood floors; and a floating, grand staircase surrounded by tropical gardens.
