A new luxury terminal is coming to Miami International Airport. PS is an exclusive luxury terminal service for travelers flying commercial. The company, whose first terminal is located in Los Angeles, is slated to open its Miami location in 2025 at the historic former Pan-Am headquarters. PS MIA would mark the brand’s fourth location, following the Atlanta location – opening summer 2023 – and the Dallas Fort Worth location launching in spring 2024.

The new addition to MIA will feature a space called, The Salon, which PS describes as an elevated lounge experience. The terminal will also have private suites, complete with a private balcony and landscaped courtyard. TimeOut notes that other amenities include complimentary cocktails, snacks, chef-prepared meals, complimentary parkings, showers, and more.

To further add to the terminal’s luxury, while also providing convenience, the PS terminal will have on-site TSA screening for lounge members and guests. Once they get the “all clear” and are ready to board, travelers will be driven to their respective concourses to board their flight from the tarmac. According to Travel Pulse, travelers on flights arriving at Miami International Airport also have the ability to take advantage of the luxury perks, as passengers arriving at the airport will be picked up on the tarmac and driven to the lounge for departure.

“We look forward to welcoming PS MIA and seeing the transformation of this historic building,” Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava said. “MIA is a world-class airport, so what better location to offer these wonderful world-class services than Pan Am’s former Miami headquarters, the epicenter of the aviation industry’s golden age.”

PS has enlisted the help of Florida architect and preservationist Richard Heisenbottle to work on the project. The experienced team of designers, contractors, and architects are all focused on making something new of the space, while also honoring and preserving its history.

Membership prices for PS MIA have yet to be announced, but the All Access Membership at PS LAX starts at $1,250 annually for The Salon Membership and $4,850 annually for the All Access Membership.
