Miami Dolphins News 5/4/23: Mike McDaniel apologetic about not running the ball more

Mike McDaniel served as the run game coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and helped create one of the best ground games in the league. The expectation was that McDaniel would bring that concept to the Miami Dolphins but that didn’t happen as the team didn’t run the ball much due to having an electric passing game. The team brought back all their running backs from last year and Raheem Mostert stated that during his exit interview that McDaniel was apologetic about not running more and said that would likely change heading forward.
