Safe & Green Holdings Lured from Jacksonville to Miami by “Substantial Consolidation of Real Estate Development Capital”

Safe & Green Holdings Corp., a developer, designer, and fabricator of modular structures, has signed an office lease at 990 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, FL and will be moving its headquarters from Jacksonville.

“There are so many new and exciting businesses in Miami, from startups to family offices, investment banks, and more,” Paul Galvin, chairman and CEO of Safe & Green Holdings Corp. “We’ve taken notice of the substantial consolidation of real estate development capital generated in the greater Miami area, and we’re looking forward to partnering with other innovative companies in Florida.”

The long-term focused decision to move from Jacksonville into Miami came from the access to a broader range of potential investors, proximity to investment banks and institutions, and additional networking opportunities for the company, added a Safe & Green Holdings Corp, representative who also noted that no brokerages were involved in the lease transaction.
