The Grammy-winning rapper buys $7.5 Million Bentley Residences

Looks like Future is indeed planning for the future. The Grammy-winning rapper dropped $16.3 million on a Miami mansion just last month but is already plotting his next real estate move in the coastal city. According to the New York Post, the musician is in contract for a $7.5 million three-bedroom and three-and-a-half bathroom condo in Bentley Residences–an upcoming luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach, scheduled to be completed in 2027.

The 62-story oceanfront structure is designed by Gil Dezer, the same developer behind the nearby Porsche Design Tower, which soccer legend Lionel Messi once called home. Like the Porsche Design Tower, Bentley Residences will feature a patented car elevator known as the Dezervator–a flashy glass-walled garage that transports residents and their cars all the way up to their units and back down to ground level. The “Mask Off” rapper’s future dwelling will offer space for four cars in a 1,500-square-foot garage that connects to the high-tech elevator.

Future (legal name Nayvadius DeMun Cash) will own one of 216 units housed by the sleek silver tower, which will also offer a three-story oceanview lobby with a restaurant and bar, a movie theater decorated to mimic the interior of a Bentley, a cigar lounge, and a whiskey bar. The Atlanta-born rapper’s unit will span roughly 6,000 square feet, nearly 2,000 of which will be devoted to outdoor balcony space and a nearly 25-foot-long swimming pool.

The primary bedroom will feature a roomy walk-in closet-slash-dressing room and an ensuite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a sauna, a soaking tub enclosed in a huge shower, and access to a 67-square-foot outdoor shower. Two additional bedrooms will each enjoy walk-in closets, ensuite bathrooms, and access to a shared balcony. Floor-to-ceiling glass will allow access to the spacious terrace and provide ocean and bay views to the open-plan great room and the adjacent kitchen.
