Multiple crashes reported, roads closed as temperatures drop around the Miami Valley – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

Freezing temperatures have made their way into the Miami Valley this weekend and police are reporting there have been multiple crashes in the area.

The state Route 4 ramp southbound to Interstate 75 southbound has been closed after a multi-vehicle crash according to Montgomery County Dispatch.

US-35 Eastbound has been shut down at Smithville road after another multi-vehicle crash according to Riverside Police dispatch.

Emergency crews have been called to the scene of a reported crash on Interstate 675 near Wilmington Pike.

I-675 southbound has been closed at Wilmington Pike.

Officers were called to the crash on I-675 around 3:40 a.m. according to emergency scanner traffic.
