Though located in a gated enclave above the Calabasas Country Club, the abode reflects the rocker’s eclectic tastes.

The house was completed in 1987. Standouts include a three-story atrium with a retractable roof, a home theater with concession stand, and a professional recording studio—complete with a control room and isolation booths.

NFL legend Terry Bradshaw’s Oklahoma ranch back on the block for $22.5 million

Sport broadcaster Terry Bradshaw has relisted his 744-acre ranch in Southern Oklahoma after a planned sale fell through.

The sprawling property, a working ranch which overlooks the Red River, is where the family filmed two seasons of the E! reality series The Bradshaw Bunch.

The home is located in Thackerville, Oklahoma, about 70 miles north of Dallas. Bradshaw first put it on the market for $10.8 million in 2014. It’s now listed for $22.5 million.

In addition to the six-bedroom, 8,600-square-foot main house, the sale price includes a manager’s house, a four-bedroom bunkhouse, and a massive equestrian facility with a stallion barn, a weaning barn, and a 50-stall mare barn—as well as riding trails and more than a half-dozen lakes and ponds. 

“Tammy and I are both sad to leave this great big ranch and our wonderful home, which has been our idyllic retreat of so many years,” Bradshaw said in a statement shared by Icon Global, which is handling the sale. 

“However, it is time that we slowed down a little, freeing us up to travel more as well as enjoy new grandchildren, family, and other interests,” he added.
