Colliers Expands Industrial Leadership, Larken Associates Hires CIO, American Landmark Makes C-Suite Promotion



After the recent acquisition involving industrial-sector giants Prologis and Duke Realty Corp., Colliers has made a pair of high-level hires in South Florida to shore up its own U.S. industrial property services division.

Colliers has tapped Stephanie Rodriguez as national director of industrial services and announced Lauren Pace has joined the firm as a senior director of industrial services. Both join the Toronto-based global brokerage from Duke Realty.

In her new role, Rodriguez will oversee the company’s industrial services nationally with a focus on the overall growth of its industrial business, including new and expanded business lines, client relationships, talent recruitment and retention, thought leadership, research, and marketing across its U.S. industrial platform. She is based in the firm’s Miami office.

“With Stephanie at the helm of this important and dynamic asset class, I have no doubt that we will provide even better client service as we lead our industry into the future,” said Gil Borok, Colliers CEO and president of U.S. and Latin America business, in a corporate statement announcing the move.

Rodriguez brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, having spent the past 15 years at Duke Realty and rising to the role of regional vice president, where she oversaw leasing for a multimarket portfolio spread across the Sunshine State in addition to leading property management, development and marketing of the firm’s industrial portfolio in the region.

Before Duke, Rodriguez held progressively senior roles at Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE. She is a member of NAIOP and served as president of the office and industrial property group’s South Florida chapter in 2020.

Pace will be based in Colliers’ Brickell Avenue office in Miami and will work alongside Steven Wassserman and Erin Byers to focus on industrial services for clients throughout the region.

Prior to joining Colliers, Pace served as a senior leasing representative at Duke, where she was responsible for managing lease renewals, expansions and new tenant acquisition for a corporate portfolio totaling 6 million square feet.

Pace serves as secretary on the executive board of directors for NAIOP and is active in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida and the Commercial Real Estate Women network.


David Iacobucci

David Iacobucci has joined Larken Associates, a regional real estate developer and management firm, as chief investment officer.

In his new role, Iacobucci will lead the firm’s work to source new capital and evaluate new investments as it grows its multifamily, office, industrial and retail portfolios across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He will also work with President and CEO David Gardner and CFO Babette Rutman to manage the company’s properties.

Iacobucci brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently serving as senior investment officer for Bergman Real Estate Group, a family-owned real estate owner and property services company in Iselin, New Jersey. Before that, Iacobucci worked as a senior vice president for Vision Real Estate Partners, managing director at Woodmont Industrial Partners, division manager for the Baker Cos. and vice president of asset management for the Schultz Organization.


Hale McNinch

Multifamily owner and operator American Landmark Apartments has promoted Hale McNinch to chief revenue officer in its Tampa, Florida, office.

In his expanded role, McNinch will oversee revenue management for the company’s entire portfolio and continue to serve on its senior executive management committee. He joined American Landmark in 2019 as executive vice president of revenue management.

McNinch has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including budgeting, sales and management. He previously worked as vice president of revenue management for Bell Partners and began his career at Archstone-Smith.


TJ Twit Jr.

TJ Twit Jr. has rejoined Cushman & Wakefield/the Lund Co. as executive director of investment services in Omaha, Nebraska.

In his new role, Twit will focus on investor services, including equity placement, asset disposition, joint venture acquisitions and development partnerships.

Twit brings more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as president and CEO of Omne Partners. Before that, he worked as a vice president at the Lund Co., where he led the office advisory team for six years and specialized in tenant and landlord representation in the local office market.


Barry Olson

Atlanta-based Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group is expanding into Texas, and has tapped Barry Olson to lead its growth as senior managing director in Dallas.

In his new role, Olson will pull from his 38 years of local real estate and capital markets experience to help the firm continue its expansion in the Southeast. Patterson has additional offices in Tennessee, Florida and the Carolinas.

Olson has been involved in over $85 billion of debt and equity investments covering all major real estate property types from all positions of the capital stack throughout his career. He most recently served as a managing director with Goldman Sachs in the real estate group of its merchant banking division, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring commercial real estate debt and equity investments, in addition to serving as a voting member of the firm’s global real estate investment committee. Before that, Olson worked in commercial real estate lending at Bank of America and led the real estate syndication and mezzanine debt platform at JP Morgan Chase in Texas.


Kimberley Kinsley

Kimberley Kinsley has joined CBRE as managing director and market leader for its Indianapolis business.

In her new role, Kinsley will oversee all advisory services lines of business, including leasing, sales, debt and structured finance, valuation, and property management, throughout the region.

Kinsley most recently served as a sales analytics manager at global beverage company Diageo, where she focused on increasing revenues and identifying areas of opportunity and risk mitigation. Before that, Kinsley was a finance manager and oversaw two bourbon production plants. She is a certified public accountant and began her career at PwC in Indianapolis before transferring to New York City as an assurance senior associate.


Travis Parrott

Newmark has promoted Managing Director Travis Parrott to market leader in Portland, Oregon.

In his expanded role, Parrott will work alongside local brokerage operations leadership to oversee the company’s growth initiatives in the market. He will also continue his role as managing director, specializing in office leasing on behalf of clients throughout the region.

Parrott joined Newmark in 2018 and before that served as a first vice president and partner at Kidder Mathews. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Parrott was a professional tennis player on the ATP Tour, a top-tier, worldwide men’s tennis tour organized by the Association of Tennis Professionals.


Cade McMullin

Gafcon has appointed Cade McMullin as vice president of its project management and construction management business line. He is based in the firm’s corporate headquarters in San Diego, California.

In his new role, McMullin will focus on facility improvements, project management, construction and development for Gafcon clients. He specializes in construction innovation and the technical aspects of cost, schedule and overall project delivery.

McMullin brings more than 20 years of experience in program and construction management, engineering, building inspections and as a general contractor. McMullin has held various executive and management roles at Rudolph & Sletten, Aecom, Kitchell and Kleinfelder, according to his LinkedIn profile. He earned an MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and holds the Certified Construction Manager, Design Build Professional and LEED AP designations.
