This Miami manse is certainly fit for rap royalty. Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne is offloading his sprawling Miami home for a cool $29.5 million. Set on a half-acre parcel of land, the beautiful home is located directly on Biscayne Bay and has 110 feet of private water frontage.

The American rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., is known for some of the world’s greatest rap hits—and it certainly seems to have paid off. The home was completed in 2017 and he purchased it in 2018 for $16.75 million. In today’s red-hot Miami real estate market, it’s understandable as to why he is now flipping it for nearly double the price ahead of his move to Los Angeles.
