Turning Flash into Cash: How Reno Davis Suits Up for Real Estate Success

As of 2017, there over a hundred thousand real estate brokerage firms operating in the US, not counting the numerous individuals who participate in the industry independently. With such extremely competitive and high-stakes environment, distinguishing yourself from the competition has become just as important as having the traditional realtor’s skillset.

In fact, even top real estate professionals highlight the importance of a unique brand and visibility in succeeding in the modern market. The motto ‘visibility beats ability’ is now often given as advice for realtors in an industry where expertise and good client experience can be wasted if no one gets the message. In an article in Real Estate Magazine, leading industry experts highlighted the importance of presentation and a standout, trailblazing approach in finding success in today’s real estate industry.

No one exemplifies this concept better than 22 year-old real estate entrepreneur Reno Davis, who has recently taken both the real estate and the fashion world by storm due to his rapid success as well as his dazzling fashion sense.

Reno, however, highlights that the clothes and the man go hand-in-hand.

“I buy fashionable designer clothes because your appearance is everything,” Reno says. “I’m a professional and I want to carry myself as such, so I have to look the part, look good, and feel good.”

The flashy clothing, Reno shares, goes a long way towards projecting his credibility to his clients and ensuring that he has a unique personal brand that’s certainly hard to miss.

If his 3 million+ Instagram following is any indication, then Reno’s approach has surely been working.

Aside from the presentation aspect, however, Reno stresses that the effect of quality clothing on his own confidence is also half the battle.

“With real estate and everything else I do, I’m all about top of the line.” shares Reno. “So I want the best of the best, I’m talking brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Palm Angels, Dior, Prada, and Louboutin for everything from my clothes, to sneakers, to perfume.”

Recently, Reno Davis has also linked up with Johnny Dang for the best VVS diamond grills and Miami Cuban chain links that money can buy.

“My theme is always quality and how you get what you pay for.” says Reno. “Appearance is everything and you always want to look your best especially with first impressions.” He also shares he has spent well over $40,000 in the past few years on his wardrobe, putting together his own styles and outfits to keep a unique look.

The latest crown on Reno’s dazzling wardrobe? A new bright yellow Jaguar F-Type R Coupe that has been customized with multi-colored splatter graphics and hand-painted brake calipers featuring his first name.

So far; this loud and flashy approach, combined with solid brand management, has worked wonder in ensuring that Reno Davis stays in the center of the spotlight. On occasion, his social media presence on its own has brought deals to him all on his own. If anything, his social media presence and eye-catching fashion has at least ensured free publicity for Reno – who has recently made the rounds online after being photographed courtside at a Miami Heat game in a $5,000 Dior outfit.

“It’s hard to stay lowkey the way I do things now, but I think if you work hard – you have to get what you deserve. I’m proud to show that can bust out $3,000 for a pair of sneakers or that I can get a luxury car because I know I put in the work for it. If it brings me attention, then all the better for my business, right?”
