Engel & Völkers Florida today announced the record-breaking sale of 131 Compass Point Way in WaterSound Beach, Florida. Marianne Grant and Blake Cooper of the Grant and Cooper Group at Engel & Völkers 30A Beaches represented the $8,750,000 sale. The transaction breaks a local record for the highest sales price for a single family home in WaterSound Beach.

The former record-holding property sold for $6,980,000 in 2020, which is $1,770,000 less than that of 131 Compass Point Way. Likewise, the 4,886-square-foot home traded hands for $8.750-million, equating to $1,709 per square foot; which surpasses that local record as well. WaterSound Beach is a secluded, seaside village on more than one mile of white-sand beach along Scenic Highway 30-A. It is one of two master-planned communities, the other being WaterColor, by the St. Joe company. Designed by Robert A. M.
