Miami Dolphins roster amongst youngest in NFL
The Miami Dolphins have done a lot this offseason to improve their roster from the year prior but adding that talent hasn’t caused the team to be significantly older.
According to Spotrac, the Dolphins have the fifth-youngest roster in the NFL. Miami’s roster has an average age of 26.57.

Miami brought in experienced veterans before the start of the regular season like Thomas Morstead (36), Melvin Ingram (33), Justin Bethel (32), Terron Armstead (31), Teddy Bridgewater (30) and Raheem Mostert (30), but the influx in young talent over the last few years was enough to balance the ages.
