South Florida real estate hiring and personnel moves revved up in the past week.

ISG World promoted Daniel Castañeda to SVP of international sales. Castañeda has spent 10 years at ISG, during which time he helped sell South Florida projects like Echo Aventura, Echo Brickell, and Muse.

The announcement comes amid the firm’s expansion in South American markets like Colombia, Chile and Argentina, and follows the recent hiring of ISG’s sales chief Christian Fernandez.

Suffolk Construction also announced a promotion, boosting Jessica Chen from project executive to vice president in the Southeast region. The Boston-based company also recently hired Maureen Henson as vice president of people and culture for the Southeast.

Illustrated Properties, part of the Keyes Companies, recruited luxury broker Katie Blineau for its Jupiter office. She previously worked with the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass.

Brown Harris Stevens brought on six new agents across its Miami offices. Gabriela Maria Pellegrini, Kristina Gugunava, Micha Porat, Remy Michael, Francesa Dafni and Adam Joffe joined the brokerage under the leadership of Vivian Dimond and Sebastian Vallejo.

Berger Commercial Realty hired Jordan Yates as a sales associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Tim Rivers joined Miami and Orlando-based Cresa as the commercial real estate firm’s market leader for Florida. He previously worked for JLL as the Florida market director, and will lead Cresa’s expansion strategy across the state.
