HighTower Holding LLC leased 2,154 square feet of office space from Vanderbilt 101, LLC located at 9045 Strada Stell Court, Suite 101. Clint L. Sherwood represented the Landlord and Enn Luthringer of CRE Consultants represented the Tenant.

Southwest Florida Music Education Center, Inc. purchased 41,923 square feet of office space from Hodges University, Inc. located at 2655 Northbrooke Drive for $10,050,000. Clint L. Sherwood and David J. Stevens represented the Seller in this transaction.

LSI Companies, Inc.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 12,497± Sq. Ft. industrial building in Fort Myers for $1,607,142. The property was acquired by CUP 1214, LLC, and KEIREN, LLC, from BASE HIT EQUITIES 771, LLC. The property is located at 3086/3090 Evans Ave., Fort Myers. The deal was brokered by Hunter Ward.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty names Kathy Forrester as CMO

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, one of the nation’s leading brokerages, has announced the appointment of Kathy Forrester as chief marketing officer. In this role, she will lead the marketing strategy and shape brand identity for the company, which encompasses nearly 1,400 global advisors in 40 office locations from Florida to North Carolina. Prior to joining Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Kathy served on several brokerage leadership teams. Most recently, she was chief marketing officer of Howard Hanna. She also spent seven years at The Randall Family of Companies, a leading tri-state coastal New England firm that included a Christie’s affiliate in its portfolio. As executive vice president, marketing & strategic initiatives, and then later as head of operations and marketing in partnership with Compass New England, Kathy led numerous marketing, technology, rebranding, merger, and acquisition initiatives. Her tenure with the brokerage was a period marked by significant company growth and record-breaking sales.

Morris-Depew hires Schleifer as assistant planner

Bailey Schleifer joins the Morris-Depew Associates team, bringing his skills as an Assistant Planner to one of the top consulting firms in the state. Schleifer officially begins his professional career after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He gained valuable experience interning for two private real estate developers in Cleveland and working on a comprehensive redevelopment project for the Lindenwald area in Hamilton, Ohio. Connor & Gaskins Unlimited, LLC and CGU Homes, LLC have hired their new controller. Mike Mazzucca has over 30-years of extensive experience in all areas of Finance, Public and Private Accounting and Construction Operations. Mazzucca is tasked with providing leadership to help the organization meet its strategic accounting business goals under his role. Having served in senior leadership, Mazzucca will provide financial and accounting oversight; prepare financial statements; compile financial reports and oversee the entire accounting department for CGU and CGU Homes.
