Bentley Residences Set To Open In 2026

Coming to Sunny Isles Beach, Florida in 2026, Bentley Residences is set to bring the legendary automobile company’s design sensibility and timeless appeal to the Miami coast. Brought to life in collaboration with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects, the property will feature 216 private luxury residences inspired by Bentley’s creative process. Joining Miami’s existing Porsche Design Tower, Dezer Development’s latest project translates the craftsmanship that goes into creating the perfect vehicle into a physical, immersive space where every choice is made in the name of comfort.

A newly unveiled sales gallery in Sunny Isles Beach introduces potential residents to the tower’s amenities and offerings while construction continues. Visitors can look through renderings and learn about the design and construction process in real time while familiarizing themselves with the area and taking in the ocean views. Walking into the sales gallery, you’re greeted with an immersive 360 degree video experience documenting the exterior of the building, as well as one of its interior residences. Afterwards, you can take a walk through a life size model of the residence, taking in the layout and getting to know the space exactly as it will be.

A head-turning Bentley sculpture along the Sales Center driveway is a nod to the inspiration behind the tower, cementing its place in the beachfront cityscape. As Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development and Developer of Bentley Residences puts it, “Each day, buyers who walk through the sales gallery enjoy an experience of seeing what the building will ultimately feel like. It’s an unprecedented sense of a new lifestyle which also mirrors the Bentley Motors brand from the innovative technology, spectacular ocean views and amenities.”

Honing in on a point of convergence between wellness, elegance and Miami’s signature casual cool, the residences follow key design concepts that define Bentley’s approach to driving in luxury. As Bentley’s Head of Design Collaborations, Brett Boydell, puts it, the process was a “70-story scale” challenge, yet the result is a seamless aesthetic that runs through all 216 residences and the communal spaces in between. The balance between indoor and outdoor comes naturally when it comes to automobile design, and the Residences embrace a similar lifestyle concept. ”I love the concept of people being closer to nature,” says Chris Cooke, the lead designer on the Bentley team, when reflecting on the building’s expansive yet protected balconies. To him, designing the building was about ”integrating stories” every step of the way, weaving two very different scales of comfort together to stretch the realms of possibility.

Each space also comes outfitted with a balcony pool, allowing residents to step outdoors and enjoy the solitude while lounging in the water or stretching out on a deck chair.

“The goal is to give people a glimpse of the brand, where we come from, our racing heritage, but also an understanding of levels of luxury and quality,” continues Chris. The design team’s choices, from the detail on each door handle to the prevalence of North American walnut throughout the interior of the tower were made to ensure a “Seamless transition” between luxury vehicle and luxury living space. Subtle connections between the two make sure none of the quality is lost in translation.

When it’s time to step back indoors, the feeling of expanse and open space continues to reverberate thanks to floor to ceiling glass walls that defy containment. Following in the footsteps of Dezer Development’s Porsche Design Tower, the Bentley Residences will also boast “Dezervator,” or a specially designed lift that brings vehicles up to their owners’ residences eschewing the need for a parking lot or ground floor garage.

Communal spaces throughout the building are there to entertain and invite residents to tune back in without leaving the comfort of home. A cinema designed to mimic the comfort of a Bentley backseat, a game room featuring VR experiences and a state of the art whisky bar are among the tower’s common areas where neighbors can get to know each other and relax on their own. A wellness center, spa, cigar lounge and restaurant will also be on-site to make sure residents can experience an entire evening out without having to venture into the city.

Bentley’s aesthetic cues will be woven throughout the building’s spaces, subtly enhancing the interior of the building without being overwhelming or purely ornamental. The company’s diamond motif, for example, will be featured in the lobby tiles as well as on the exterior of the tower, which will be formed out of diamond- shaped panels. The lobby will also be home to a number of natural-wood pillars, treated the same way as wood accents in Bentley’s EXP 100 GT concept car. The collaborating teams have chosen construction materials with local sourcing in mind, and each element is subject to rigorous quality control. Wood, leather and glass accents will define the interior of the building, likening it to a Bentley vehicle. With these materials as a basis, the design team was able to adapt their aesthetic expertise to a much larger canvas, resulting in a unique blend of luxury and comfort.

While the Bentley Residences are not projected to open until 2026, anticipation is already growing among potential residents, Bentley owners and Miami- based developers. Dezer Development’s collaboration with Bentley is exceptionally awaited thanks to the success of the Porsche Design Tower, completed in 2017. For now, the Sunny Isles Beach sales gallery is an on-site resource for everything clients need to know about the project- and a perfect vantage point for witnessing the tower meticulously take shape.

Virtual tours of the property and detailed floor plans are also available via the project website. Embracing the Bentley lifestyle both visually and conceptually, the Residences are guaranteed to surpass expectations, extending legendary craftsmanship far beyond the company’s Crewe headquarters.
