🌱 Buckhead Tower Sells for $136 Million + Local Realtor Wins Award

Here are the top stories in Buckhead today:

  1. A Miami real estate investment firm has purchased Buckhead apartment tower for $136 million. Built in 1951, the Darlington underwent thorough renovations, which displaced its residents. Now known as the Lofts at Twenty25, features one-bedroom apartments of varying sizes. Jakub Hajk, a representative of the firm who purchased the tower, expressed confidence in their ability to fill those apartments do to the location and walkable area. (Reporter Newspapers)
  2. Selig has opened 70000 square foot adaptive reuse office building at the Works in Atlanta. Both Bread N Butter, a multimedia company responsible for the “Atlanta Eats” series, and MacDermid Graphic Solutions, a Buckhead-based company, will be tenants in Selig’s repurposed warehouse. Neighbors at the Works will include a brewery, food hall, fitness center, and park. (REBusinessOnline)
  3. Two Harry Norman REALTORS® agents have been ranked in the 2022 NAHREP Top 250 Latino Agent Awards. Dorrie Love, based in the Peachtree City office, has been an agent there for several years and won many awards. Patty Webb, of the Buckhead office, has been with the firm since 2014 and has lived in Atlanta for 30 years. Webb said she is “so grateful for this recognition.
