Click It or Ticket event kicks off in Miami County today – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

TROY — Miami County officials will be hosting a Safe Communities Click It or Ticket event in Troy today.

The event promotes traffic safety and seat belt usage throughout the county.

Miami County Sheriff Duchak, county commissioners, and other community leaders will speak on the importance of drivers and passengers wearing their seatbelts.

The winner of the annual high school Seat Belt Challenge will receive the traveling plaque and banner.

The event was held on May 18 at Kyle Park in Tipp City.
