Inter Miami CF Adds Team Simpkin of Compass as Official Real Estate Partner

Inter Miami CF announced on Thursday the club has added Team Simpkin of Compass as the Official Real Estate Partner for the club in a multi-year deal. 

“Team Simpkin has been an excellent partner since the inception of our club,” said Inter Miami CF Chief Business Officer, Xavier Asensi. “As we grow together, it made sense to formalize our relationship and make Team Simpkin the Official Real Estate Provider of Inter Miami CF. Sam and Donna Simpkin and their team will continue to add value to our organization by providing a 360-degree service when it comes down to finding the perfect home in South Florida for our players, staff, and fans. When our players are taken care of off the pitch, they can really focus on their performance and the club’s on field success.”

Team Simpkin is a Real Estate company owned by former teachers, Sam and Donna Simpkin. The couple built their Real Estate business with a passion for the South Florida community and the desire to leave a positive impact on all those they encounter. Team Simpkin prides themselves on their relationship-driven approach to business, a structure that has helped the organization cultivate a strong sphere of clientele in the competitive Weston market and beyond. Sam Simpkin, a born and raised South Floridian, founded the company after buying his first condo at the age of 25.
