1. Miami Military Museum and Memorial may become county-owned as Miami-Dade commissioners on Tuesday directed Mayor Daniella Levine Cava’s administration to begin a transition agreement leading to a takeover. A unanimously adopted resolution from Chairman JosĂ© “Pepe” DĂ­az seeks a administration report within 60 days with the steps necessary to transfer ownership of the museum’s assets to the county. 2. Pembroke Pines police are searching for a man accused of pulling a gun on a man and woman in front of their home and robbing them of their possessions overnight. Police said it happened in the 1700 block of Acorn Lane in Cedarwoods, Saturday at 1:43 a.m. (CBS Miami)

3. A 16-year-old was arrested for allegedly bringing a gun to the campus of Coconut Creek High School on Friday, officials said. Coconut Creek Police officials said officers responded to the school on Northwest 44th Avenue. (NBC Miami)

4. Daniel Oates, the former Miami Beach Police chief who retired in 2019, has been re-hired as the top cop of another former police department in Aurora, Colorado. Oates led the police department in the Denver suburb of Aurora when a gunman killed 12 people in a movie theater a decade ago. Now he is returning to temporarily lead the embattled department following the firing of its last chief. (CBS Miami)

5. A 35-year-old woman working as a security guard was found with multiple gunshot wounds on Friday afternoon, according to Miami police. Officers responded just after 4 p.m. to 250 NE 72 St. in reference to a shotspotter alert. (WPLG Local 10)
