Miami Dolphins News 2/18/22: How Did The Dolphins Rookie Class Fare?

The Miami Dolphins really hit on their first three picks in the 2021 NFL Draft. Jaylen Waddle was a huge focal point for the Dolphins offense and ended up breaking the rookie reception record with 104. Jaelan Phillips had a slow start to the season, but had a strong second half to record 8.5 sacks which is now a Dolphins rookie record. Jevon Holland was so versatile on defense and made an immediate impact. The Dolphins had 7 total selections, but the team seems to have hit on 3 of those picks. The verdict is still out on the rest of the class as Liam Eichenberg struggled on the o-line while Hunter Long barely did anything as the fourth tight end on the roster.
