Miami (Ohio) linebacker Ivan Pace announced he received a scholarship offer from the University of Arkansas on Monday.

Pace, 6-0, 239 pounds, said he was entering the NCAA transfer portal on Dec. 24. He has since received other offers from LSU, Missouri, Miami, Cincinnati, Kansas State and Kansas.

He was the MAC Defensive Player of the Year after recording 125 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 2 quarterback hurries and 1 interception in 13 games in 2021. Pace has two years of eligibility remaining.

Pace is the only linebacker in the portal with an offer from the Razorbacks. Pace’s brother, Deshawn, is a sophomore linebacker at Cincinnati and was the third-leading tackler for the Bearcats this season.

Arkansas linebackers Grant Morgan and Hayden Henry have exhausted their eligibility. Linebacker Bumper Pool, who led the Razorbacks with 125 tackles this season, has yet to announce whether he will return for his final season of eligibility.
