Now in L.A., Justise Winslow Lists His Coral Gables Crib for $5.9M

Now with the Los Angeles Clippers, the NBA forward Justise Winslow is dribbling away from his crib in Coral Gables, FL. The spacious spread near Miami is on the market for $5,985,000.

The Texas native scored the contemporary construction in 2019, during his time with the Miami Heat. He paid $3.3 million for the 7,354-square-foot pad a couple of years ago, and is now aiming for a hefty profit on his investment.

Built in 2008, the custom-built gated Mediterranean known as Sunset Villa is made up of three structures, for “ultimate flexibility,” as the listing puts it.

On the main floor is an open-concept kitchen with an island, bar seating, and dark wood cabinetry. Just adjacent, the kitchen flows to a dining and living space that has 14-foot ceilings and both marble and wood flooring.

On either side of the house, connected breezeways lead to two guest suites above the two-car garage. A two-story guesthouse features a gym, office, and bedroom.

Outside, the sprawling grounds include a grassy lawn and mature oak trees, with a saltwater pool and spa.

A number of covered terraces and open-air patios are available for easy entertaining and relaxed outdoor living.

In addition, the smart-house system is set up with audio, visual, and lighting.

Winslow, 25, starred for Duke University when the Blue Devils won the NCAA championship in 2015. That year, the Heat chose in the first round of the NBA draft.

Dealt to the Memphis Grizzlies in February 2020 in a three-team trade, Winslow stayed in Memphis for a single season. In August, he signed a two-year contract with the Clippers.

Ben Moss with Compass holds the listing.
