Man, 78, reported missing from Miami-Dade assisted living facility

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – Miami-Dade police are searching for a 78-year-old man who has been reported missing.

According to police, Gerardo Jesus Lopez was last seen at about 8 a.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Northwest 118th Street.

Police said he left the assisted living facility where he lives and never returned home.

According to police, Lopez is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He has gray, partially balding hair and brown eyes.

Lopez was last seen wearing a brown shirt, shorts and sneakers.
