Miami gas prices increase almost 7 cents per gallon in a week | Miami
After three weeks of lower gas prices, Miami drivers this past week paid almost 7 cents (6.7 cents) more per gallon than the previous week, with a gallon of regular now at $3.36 as of Sunday.
The price of gasoline at both Key Biscayne gas stations remained unchanged at $4.49 per gallon.
According to the gas pricing tracking website and app GasBuddy’s survey of 1,690 Miami station, drivers in the area are still paying 21.2 cents per gallon less than last month and about the same as this time last year.
According to GasBuddy, the cheapest station in Miami was priced at $2.87 per gallon Sunday while the most expensive was $4.99 per gallon.
Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy said that “for now, gasoline prices may see little movement ahead of July 4.”
