The NFT Entrepreneurs Of Tripster Token’s Top Miami Restaurant Picks

A new era of tech savvy business leaders are shaping the future of currency via blockchain. As NFT entrepreneurs develop groundbreaking technology, they are shaking up the world of traditional finance and cutting ties with the old-fashioned standards of making money.

Enter: Tripsters. This prolific company has developed the first ever NFT that allows communication between multiple NFTs to create a separate third token. The project is not only a part of a highly profitable new business sector, but also it is leading the way for the entire industry.

Unlike other NFTs, Tripsters, founded by Jayson Winer, is a utility based NFT that augments value beyond ownership that includes unique access to an event, exclusive in-person memberships, as well as future use in the digital world.

Since Tripster piggybacks off established NFTs, it provides an entirely new way to market NFTs that isn’t dependent on celebrity ownership or endorsement. They start with an established customer base of the token owners. The first compatible NFT project will be the notorious NTF collection, Bored Ape Yacht Club.

The platform is one of the most recognized pre-mint NFT launches ever. In less than a month of going live, over 80k organic followers tuned in on Twitter to follow the work of the NFT company. The Global Incubator, which has worked on past successful projects such as Bezoge Earth, is both collaborating and helping to develop Tripsters.

“When Jayson originally brought the idea of Tripsters to us, we knew right away this project had the potential to become possibly one of the greatest NFT projects ever released,” stated Oskar Kowalski, Founder of the Global Incubator. “The ability for two non-binding NFTs to communicate and for multiple communities to integrate is a brand-new global changing concept that makes anyone’s imagination run wild for the possibilities that could be.”

While the roadmap to the success of their company is full of new age virtual displays, it is also a business that understands the power of an in person meeting.

We chatted with Tripsters Co-Founders, Jayson Winer and Oskar Kowalski, on their favorite restaurants in Miami. Here are their top picks.

Jayson: Swan and Bar Bevy

This two-floor joint restaurant and bar designed by Ken Fulk is a 13,500 square foot restaurant and cocktail lounge owned by Pharrell Williams. Situated in Miami’s trendy Design District, it offers a menu curated by executive chef Jean Imbert that features small plates, pizza and pasta, larger entrees and dessert — all of which stem from seasonal and market-driven ingredients. Popular dishes include the hamachi crudo with coconut and lime; octopus with salsa verde and pickled fresno; short rib fusilli; lobster cavatelli; tiger prawns with citrus salad; and the Branzino with melted leeks.

Jayson: Papi Steak

This over-the-top steakhouse is a favorite among celebrities thanks to it’s high-octane atmosphere and incredibly indulgent offerings like the $1000 off-menu 55-ounce Australian Wagyu tomahawk steak which is transported table-side in a gold-lined briefcase with a 60-second show complete with dancers and music, before being whisked back to the kitchen to be cooked. Other less-extravagant, but equally delicious meats include the filet mignon, rack of lamb, boneless ribeye and more. The diverse menu also featured a cold and hot selection with favorites like the wagyu carapaccio; grilled bone marrow; and wagyu pastrami. Seafood favorites include the king crab stuffed Florida lobster tail and the seabass with ginger-carrot puree.

Oskar: Komodo Miami

Located in Miami’s lively Brickell neighborhood is Komodo, a vibrant Southeast Asian restaurant that spans three stories and 300 seats. It’s a swanky, upscale spot perfect for impressing guests with an Instagrammable setting. This chic restaurant’s extensive menu offers a range of rotating specials as well as popular dishes like the salmon tacos, miso Chilean seabass skewers, Peking duck, and pork sticky ribs. From dumplings like the wagyu beef and money bag with pork and shrimp to a selection of nigiri, sashimi and maki, there’s a lot on the menu to explore.

Oskar: Joe’s Stone Crab

Joe’s Stone Crab is a classic seafood restaurant that’s been around since 1913 and no trip to Miami is complete without it. Joe’s offers diners an extensive seafood-centric menu that includes fish dishes like seafood paella; fried lobster tails; pan seared grouper; blacked mahi-mahi and more. Though the seafood is the main draw for Joe’s, guests can also order from a prime meat and poultry selection that includes a 20 oz. bone-in ribeye and fried half chicken. The star of the restaurant, of course, is Joe’s stone crabs, which come chilled, cracked and served with mustard sauce.
